Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Cleaningscraper.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday/10:00AM-6:00PM (CST).

Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 10:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

2.Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process.

Once packed, the order cannot be canceled.
